9kW Fiber Laser Cutting System w/ AMS CL AutomationThe ENSIS Series uses AMADA's proprietary fiber laser technology to process both thin and thick materials without a cutting lens change or manual setup. The 9kW fiber engine incorporates AMADA's ENSIS Technology that optimizes the laser mode and Beam Parameter Product (BPP) based on the material thickness being processed. The AMS 3015 CL was engineered to provide a flexible automation solution that reduces unnecessary machine downtime due to manual material loading.
3kW Fiber Laser/Punch Combination The EML 2515 AJ combines the high punching speed and forming flexibility of the innovative Electric Motor (EM) turret punch press with the unlimited shape cutting capabilities of a fiber laser. This results in a machine that requires minimum setups and affords extremely quick turnarounds, making it ideal for the high production of short-run sheet metal parts, particularly those that incorporate forming or have many holes.
Integrtated Robotic Bending System By integrating a bending robot with the precision of AMADA’s HG Series press brake and patented Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), fabricators can automatically bend a variety of parts with maximum accuracy.
Bending System w/ Automatic Tool Changer AMADA engineered the HG ATC as an ideal solution for variable lot sizes and complex tool layouts. The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) can load the most complex tool layout within three minutes and allows operators of varied experience levels to ef?ciently utilize this bending system.Quick tool setups achieved by the ATC gives users the ability to introduce rush jobs seamlessly and triple or quadru-ple the amount of setups performed each day (based on eight setups per day.
Press Brake The HM 1003 is the latest addition to AMADA’s press brake lineup that offers an exceptional price/performance ratio. This 110-ton press brake features a hydraulic propor-tional valve to ensure that parts are produced effciently and accurately. The AMNC touchscreen control with graphical interface allows operators to quickly retrieve programs gen-erated with AMADA’s programming software for streamlined bending setup.
All-Electric Compact Press BrakeThe EG 4010 is an ideal compact press brake solution to produce small components that demand a high degree of precision. A key feature of the EG is its high-speed Dual Ser-vo Power (DSP) Drive System.
