Some new features of AmNEST V3.0 include:
Ability to laser CAM and nest DXF parts using AIMS ATF Config (.tcf). Supports different wirejoints, lead-ins/lead-outs, pierces, cutter compensation, cutting direction, and cutting conditions between internal hole and external boundary of part. Also, supports splines, marking (open shapes), machine macro shapes for internal holes, cutout avoidance, high speed shutterless cut, and the ability to move pierce points to reduce traverse time.
Supports AIMS (Amada Intelligent Manufacturing Systems).
Supports new Amada turret punch presses (EMK2510, EMK3610), combination machine (EML3510), and laser machine (FOL3015NT) with AMNC-F (NT) controller.
Supports G121 laser edge detection parameter (A1 through A8) with Z height to return to after sensing and target corner X and Y offset.
