The MP 2512 C1’s material capacity of 1.2 meter by 2.5 meter (4’x8’) sheet capacity provides speed and productivity over stand alone equipment.

The RMP 3015N automated rearside load/unload system provides an economical material processing device with a single load pallet and single unload pallet providing quick processing of raw material to micro jointed parts. The RMP 3015 N’s large material capacity of 1.5 meter by 3 meter (5’x10’) provides speed and productivity over stand alone equipment.

The RMP 3015N TK is one of AMADA’s most advanced material processing systems providing raw material to stacked product in a small footprint and is compatible with punching, laser/punch combination and AJ (fiber laser) combination systems. Material, product and skeleton removal is done on the rear side of the blanking system leaving open the front side for manual JIT processing.

ASR 3015N + ULS 3015N

The ASR 3015N automated load/unload system provides an economical material processing device with vertical storage providing speed and productivity over stand alone equipment. Available is 6, 8 and 10 shelf models the ASR 3015 N can maximize your storage capacity based on ceiling height. Material and micro jointed product sheets are loaded and unloaded from the rear of the blanking machine freeing up the front side for manual processing when necessary.
